Refund Policy

We want you to love your Glowvela set. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-day returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you won't need to return the item.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. For damaged, defective or wrong items, there is no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the refund.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Sale items are eligible for return under the same 14-day policy.
