Terms of Service & Distance Sales Agreement
1. Seller

2. Buyer
The person placing an order on chefora.site, using the name, delivery address, phone number and email entered at checkout.
3. Subject of the agreement
These terms govern the sale and delivery of the products ordered on chefora.site. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence.
4. Products and prices
The main features of each product are shown on its product page. All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price, quantity and total amount of your order are shown on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email. Shipping within the United States is free.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by credit or debit card through our licensed payment provider. Chefora does not store your card details.
6. Delivery
We ship to all 50 US states from our partner warehouse in the USA. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and refund you in full within 10 business days.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may cancel your order or return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email info@chefora.site with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
9. Use of the website
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or stock unavailability; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.

Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi (Türkçe özet)

Alıcı: chefora.site üzerinden sipariş veren ve ödeme sayfasında bilgilerini giren kişi.
Konu: Alıcının chefora.site üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği ürünlerin satışı ve teslimatı. Ürünlerin temel özellikleri ürün sayfasında, satış fiyatı (USD) ve toplam tutar ödeme sayfasında ve sipariş onay e-postasında yer alır. ABD içi kargo ücretsizdir.
Teslimat: Ürünler ABD'deki anlaşmalı depodan gönderilir; sipariş 1–3 iş gününde hazırlanır ve kargoya verildikten sonra genellikle 3–5 iş günü içinde teslim edilir.
Cayma hakkı: Alıcı, teslimattan itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkını kullanabilir. Ürünün kullanılmamış ve orijinal ambalajında olması gerekir. Talep info@chefora.site adresine iletilir; onaylanan iadeler 10 iş günü içinde ödeme yöntemine yapılır.
Uyuşmazlık: Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; alıcının ikamet ettiği yerin emredici tüketici hukuku hükümleri saklıdır.
