Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time

Your order ships from our US warehouse and usually arrives within 3–5 business days after it ships.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier delays or high-volume periods (such as holidays) may add 1–2 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
